LMI 2021 Impact Report
The LMI 2021 Impact Report is a comprehensive annual report that showcases the organization’s milestones, achievements, and contributions throughout the year. This project was recognized with a Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) Award, highlighting its excellence in design, layout, and visual storytelling. The report required a multi-platform approach, with a carefully crafted print layout (designed in InDesign), digital assets, infographics, social media templates and posts, and an interactive web version (developed in Adobe XD) to ensure accessibility and engagement.
Key contributions included designing a cohesive visual identity, creating graphic elements in Illustrator, that aligned with LMI’s branding while making complex data more digestible through engaging infographics and data visualization. The web layout was developed in Adobe XD, ensuring a seamless user experience for the digital version. Every design element was tailored to enhance readability, impact, and clarity, reinforcing LMI’s mission and influence over the past year.
LMI & GTS Cobranding
The LMI & Garud Technology Services (GTS) Cobranding project was recognized with a Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) Award in the Branding + Identity Programs category. This initiative integrated LMI and GTS under the theme “Two Companies—One Purpose,” ensuring a seamless and unified brand presence while maintaining the distinct identities of both organizations.
As the lead designer, I strategically blended elements from each company’s brand to create a cohesive and balanced co-brand identity. This included selecting a color palette that represented both organizations, reinforcing their partnership visually while maintaining brand integrity.
The project deliverables included:
A mockup website designed to reflect the new branding and provide a seamless digital experience.
PowerPoint templates that maintained a consistent and professional look for presentations.
Letterhead and report/brochure covers, ensuring a polished and cohesive print presence.
Geo-fencing ads, extending the brand’s reach through targeted digital advertising.
By integrating both companies' branding into a single, unified identity, this project successfully communicated the synergy and shared mission between LMI and GTS while maintaining their individual brand strengths.
LMI Connect Poster Series
The LMI Connect Poster Series was designed to promote internal events for LMI employees throughout the year. Each season, a new poster was created, incorporating LMI’s branding while using a bold and colorful approach to capture attention and generate excitement among employees.
These posters were meant to be eye-catching and engaging, ensuring that employees took notice of upcoming events and initiatives. The design approach balanced professionalism with creativity, blending corporate branding with vibrant, seasonal elements to maintain consistency while keeping each poster fresh and unique. By using strategic typography and dynamic layouts, the series successfully encouraged participation and engagement within the company.
LMI Virtual Backgrounds
To enhance the visual experience of remote meetings, I created a series of custom virtual backgrounds optimized for platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx. These backgrounds were used across a wide range of contexts—including seasonal holidays, observance months, the LMI digital team, themed events, and to correspond with the LMI Connect poster series.
Each background was thoughtfully designed to be distinctive yet consistent with LMI’s brand identity. From festive and celebratory to professional and event-specific, the designs maintained a cohesive visual language while keeping LMI’s colors, tone, and branding guidelines at the forefront.
These backgrounds became a popular feature in both internal and customer-facing meetings, adding personality and polish to virtual calls. The series continues to evolve, always reflecting LMI’s values and commitment to creative, brand-aligned design.
